LEAD TIMES

While we regularly check on stock levels, our supplier’s stock levels change daily. Once you have ordered we will confirm the current lead time and notify you. If the product is out of stock or if the lead time is significantly different to that originally stated, we will refund your purchase amount if you choose.

Small décor - $5NZD
Furniture - $95NZD ($120NZD for rural delivery)

Our suppliers and makers deliver New Zealand wide. The freight charge will be automatically calculated and added when you add your address at checkout. If your delivery has special instructions like access issues, please contact us at hello@sfstudio.co.nz and we will notify our suppliers.

We do not store items – products will be sent directly from our suppliers and makers to you. We require all products are paid in full before delivery can be arranged.

Delivery is organised by our suppliers and SF Studio accepts no responsibility with regard to freight-related issues. Our supplier’s delivery times are estimates only, they endeavour to deliver within the specified time but we do not take responsibility for circumstances outside of their control which may affect the quoted delivery date.

RETURNS

We source products from around New Zealand and overseas, many of which are made to order by craftspeople. These products may feature variations in finish because of their handcrafted and unique nature. Should you have any questions about the finish of any of our products prior to ordering, please contact us at hello@sfstudio.co.nz.  

Goods need to be inspected upon delivery and any damage noted on delivery docket. If a product arrives damaged or in a problematic condition, please email us at hello@sfstudio.co.nz within 24 hours if possible. State your name, order number, date of delivery and photographs of the damage. We will then get in touch with our suppliers to achieve a resolution for you as soon as possible.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because our suppliers are trade suppliers not retailers, change of mind products can’t be on-sold especially as they are made to order or custom made. For this reason a product cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged or a different product to what was ordered. Please check the dimensions and product details carefully before purchase.
